One way to get a higher response is to embed the form in the email to allow the recipient to fill the form without any redirects. You can embed a form using AMP for email. It reduces the friction in the form submission and encourages recipients to complete the form.
It is advisable to ask only the most relevant questions and keep the form short. Ideally, 5-6 questions are best to collect more responses.
